Bio: I'm just a woman. I'm just a woman that was blessed with five amazing children. Political Science has always been my passion..along with God, and of course BASEBALL. GO CARDINALS. I'm just a woman....hoping to change the world one person at a time. I'm fundamental. Please don't assume I am affiliated with either of our current political parties. And having said that my passion was political science, the only passion I have for a "politician" is to pray for them. We all know they are in great need, as is our COUNTRY!

    1. As a believer in the word of God, we are instructed to not only obey the laws of the land, but to pray for our leaders. In fact, to pray for one another. As for praying for politicians, one would pray that the Holy Spirit would guide them in decision making. However, those are my personal beliefs and my beliefs are the result of personal experiences through which I have grown faith.

    2. As corrupt as our politicians are mr. myathiestic life, I, although a believer in the word of God, am as doubtful as you sound. Immorality and corruption on Capitol Hill runs as rampants as rats in an outhouse. However, I am called by God, as a follower of Christ, to PRAY FOR MY ENEMIES!!! Intentions as a pun were intended.

Ephensians 6:12 tells us, from the word of GOD, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, against principalities, against powers, agaist the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

I turned 40 years old last month. I do not intend or even care to give any details to any person about the trails and tribulations I have endured in my life. I need no compassion from a human being. I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which is real. Faith, I have developed as I have witnessed and lived to tell the stories, if I chose to do so. However, casting my pearls before swine, I chose not to do so either.

To answer your question, on a matter-of-fact basis, God calls us to pray for one another. Politicans, are human beings. But, the answer you are wanting?? As leaders of this nation that GOD SHED HIS LIGHT ON…those leaders should make moral decisions. And through the multitude of prayers, and the intercession of Jesus Christ, hopefully, would incline the Holy Spirit to lead those politicians to making Godly (moral) decisions.

And, as a self professed atheist? Prayers that you find Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, because, whether you BELIEVE it or not..it is still happening. And what it is called is the INEVITABLE.

    3. I will entertain you somewhat…my convictions led me to “GET REAL” and sling the whole GRAVITAR thing. I’m real, this is the real me. That’s just the kind of person I am. That is just the kind of FAITH that I have. I surely am not hoping to impress you, but just inform.
